Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there may be some delay with orders for Australia and International.
We’re super excited for you to receive your order ASAP! Therefore we do our best to send out your packages on time, and aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Please note that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be delays with shipping your order.
Large orders (3+ items), they will be shipped in a box (if it does not fit in our shipping bags) and a signature on delivery will be required. This is just to ensure that, items are received on delivery. Orders shipped in a box will be standard delivery.

Please note that the delivery timeframes listed above are only estimations. Coco & Buttercup is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier, especially during high-volume and peak periods.
If you are unavailable to accept your package, the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place if possible. Otherwise, a postage card will be left in your letter box with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or pick up your delivery at your local post office.
If the receiver gives the courier authority to leave the parcel, Coco & Buttercup is not liable if the parcel goes missing. In this case, we will not be able to refund or resend the parcel.
